Statement of Work (SOW) – Creating User Profile and Census Data Collection
Project Overview:
The goal of this project is to create a new profile page on the website seubs.org that facilitates user profile creation with phone or email authentication. Once the profile is authenticated, the page will collect census data from the users. The page will include options for users to control visibility of certain data in the census, manage upcoming birthdays, and have recovery options. The collected data will not be used for generating revenue or selling any products, in accordance with the provided clause.
User Profile Creation:
Develop a user-friendly interface for users to create profiles using phone or email authentication and create a unique number for the profile for later uses.
Implement verification mechanisms for authentication.
Include a checkbox for users to agree to the provided legality clause.

Census Data Collection:
Design a form to collect census data from authenticated users.
Include fields for various census data points as required. Review this below Cognito form for all the data points.

Ensure data security during collection and storage.
Data Deletion and Recovery:
Incorporate a feature that enables users to delete selected census data points.
Profile Editing and Visibility:
Provide users with the ability to edit/update their profiles.
Allow users to control the visibility of specific census data points.
Example – Hide everything except name and birth Month/Date.
Implement an option to choose whether or not to display upcoming birthdays.
